Layin samar da cikawa na Ampoule ya haɗa da injin wanki na tsaye na ultrasonic, injin busar da gashi na RSM da injin cikawa da rufewa na AGF. An raba shi zuwa yankin wanki, yankin tsaftacewa, yankin cikawa da rufewa. Wannan ƙaramin layin zai iya aiki tare da kansa. Wannan layin yana amfani da ruwa da injin wankin iska mai matsa lamba da kuma injin wankin ultrasonic a yanayin da aka juya. Tasirin tsaftacewa yana da kyau sosai.

Ana amfani da fasahar tacewa ta ultra a matatar injin wanki. Ruwan wanki mai tsabta da kuma iska mai matsewa ana samunsa ta hanyar tacewa, wanda zai iya inganta kyawun kwalbar da aka wanke.

Tsaftacewa da Busarwa

Kwalaben da aka wanke suna shiga cikin injin tsaftacewa da busarwa a hankali ta hanyar bel ɗin raga. Sun ratsa yankin dumamawa, yankin tsaftacewa mai zafi, yankin sanyaya a hankali.
Fanka mai ɗauke da danshi yana fitar da tururin kwalbar zuwa waje, a yankin da ke da zafi sosai, ana sanya kwalaben a cikin ruwan sanyi na kimanin mintuna 5 ƙasa da 300-320℃. Yankin sanyaya yana sanyaya kwalaben da aka yi wa wanka, kuma a ƙarshe ya kai ga buƙatun fasaha.
Ana gudanar da dukkan tsarin busarwa da kuma tsarkakewa a ƙarƙashin sa ido na ainihin lokaci.
